Peony
treeswere among the first plants put in the flower bed because of the time needed
for them to flower and to grow, bearing in mind that we buy plants that are
2-3 years old.The gardener must be patient...
The majority of these plants were placed in a long row of climbing rose trees.
Each rose tree is accompanied by an iris and a peony plant. This trio seems
satisfied, certainly because of its southward orientation.
The peony shrubs were put in various places around the garden.Unfortunately
though, due to the size of their flowers, they are particularly vulnerable faced
with bad weather.
